my friend has level 5 hair (colored). she wants two shades of highlights-one around a level 7 and one around a level 9/10. what is the easiest way to achieve that? i was thinking of foiling the whole head with the same 20vol and bleach mixture, but remove every other one and tone with a level 7 while the others still process to the desired 9/10 level. is there an easier way?
