no more celophanese what to do???
my client is obsessed with sebastions celophane (in cinnamon). they've recently reformulated to laminates but do not have a color that is like cinnamon, i've tried matrix prisms and she was not happy with the result? does anyone know of another product that might do the trick, she likes her hair to be bright orange/red
